Grybauti

Grybauti

Lithuanians are very hippy trippy people. Every summer they go to forests and search for mushrooms. Later they sell them on the roads or eat by themselves. They conserve or dry them as well. Just in case they would like to take a trip on New Year’s Eve.

-Visą savaitę žiauriai lijo…

-Varom grybaut!

-It has been raining heavily all the week…

-Let’s go to pick mushrooms!

“Grybauti” also means to act or talk stupid.

-Mano kompas grybauja, neveikia internetas!

-Something is wrong with my computer, internet doesn’t work!

-Šiandien grybauju, nes nemiegojau.

-Today I’m stupid because I haven’t slept.
